Anti-recreational marijuana crowd gathers against Senate proposal by David Hurst

After Joe Stains heard that two Philadelphia-area senators introduced a bill that would make recreational marijuana legal statewide, he and a few Forest Hills Ministerium colleagues began circulating a petition against the idea. Community Gathers to Pray for the Area

The 25th annual Community Prayer Breakfast, sponsored by New Day Inc., was held Wednesday at the Holiday Inn-Downtown, and welcomed more than 200 people who offered prayers for Johnstown and the surrounding areas.
